Rush is not good when we are facing the enemy
Jael went out to meet Sisera, and said to him, “Turn aside, my master, turn aside to me! Do not be afraid.” And he turned aside to her into the tent, and she covered him with a rug. Judges 4:18
Jael was a woman who could not be intimidated by the enemy. On the contrary, she showed bravery and courage that few are those who have them. Anyone in her place would have been filled with fear and panic, but her strength was so great that none of this could affect her. She acted in such a spectacular way, no rush, but she let everything go by normally until the time when Sisera was sleep. She then nailed him with the stake.
One of the biggest problems we have is that we rush and act hastily, without waiting for the right time to do things. By acting this way, we fail. Rush is not good when we are facing the enemy; we must wait for the right time to act.
For this, we need to know that our fight is not against flesh and blood. Therefore, we must have a divine strategy, guided by the Holy Spirit, not to fail; given the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds.
