The enemy will pursue us until the end

“Remember what Amalek did to you along the way when you came out from Egypt.” Deuteronomy 25:17
The Word teaches us that the enemy gets no sleep, for his goal is to destroy the purpose of God. That is why his fight against us is constant. So, we cannot underestimate his wiles, always active in order to achieve his goal, which is to destroy us.
When they came out of Egypt, the people of Israel thought that Pharaoh had stayed behind, that he would finally leave them alone and they would never see him again, but that was not so. When they were already on their way to the promise of God, he came out to meet them in order to stop them and end their lives.
This shows us that we should always keep watch, so he will not take us by surprise and rob that which belongs to us. So it happened to the ones who stayed in the rear in the desert because they were tired. Amalek finished them.
The enemy will pursue us until the end. Therefore, let us not trust that we are far from him. Let us take our position as soldiers of Christ and always be prepared to face any war that is unleashed on the way to Canaan.
