Heal the sick who are there and tell them, ‘The kingdom of God has come near to you.’ Luke 10:9
So many people need to be lifted, strengthened, as well as be able to see a window open in the heavens, thus bringing healing to their souls and their bodies. Many of them die of hopelessness when they have no possible solution to their sickness. Pain consumes them, uncertainty wears them out and waiting destroys them.
Jesus commissioned his disciples, commanding them to heal all the sick. Thus, it is understood that there is no sickness that cannot be healed. We have the authority because it pleased Him to give it to us. Through this, He showed that the Kingdom of God had come to provide for all needs.
We do not act on many of the ordinances from the Lord because we do not believe ourselves to be capable of doing them. He is not looking for the intellectual or the intelligent; He is in need of a heart that believes in Him and does his will.
Let us go out to the streets, the hospitals, the neighborhoods, and pray over each sickness; for the lives of many are in our hands and He is waiting for us to do it.
