His kindness shall not depart and his peace will remain with us

For the mountains shall depart And the hills be removed, But My kindness shall not depart from you, Nor shall My covenant of peace be removed,” Says the Lord, who has mercy on you. Isaiah 54:10
Not all of us know the heart of God. If we knew Him, we would not doubt what He is doing with us. In spite of the situations that arise daily, which in so many occasions go on for an unlimited time with no way for us to put an end to them, for they are out of our reach, God promises that his kindness shall not depart and his peace will remain with us.
It is easier to let feelings dominate us, emotions control us and thoughts crush us than it is to remember each one of his promises for us. We are so vulnerable and skeptical that He testifies of whom He is, what He does and what He can do, but we prefer to let our flesh lead us.
There are moments when the waters are about to make us drown but we can remain in peace and believe that they will not rise higher than their current level, for his covenant remains forever. It is then his Omnipotence is really put to the test.
Believe from the heart and not just say words because his Word is not for us to know, but to live by it.
