The sons of Israel went through the midst of the sea on the dry land, and the waters were like a wall to them on their right hand and on their left. Exodus 14:22
There has to be something in our lives to make us reconsider and no longer stay in the same condition, something to spur us to not accept staying as slaves of the works of Pharaoh. There must be something so strong that it makes us break away from the state of passiveness and conformity that keeps us bound under chains of slavery; years going by while we do not rebel at this condition of emotional, physical and spiritual life.
We must take dominion and decide to no longer stay in the land of bondage, but get ready to cross the Red Sea. There the waters will open and make a way for us to enter a new place full of blessings, which God has prepared for us to enjoy, without a trace of the life we had before. It is time for us to get going and cross to the other side, looking for the promises that have been given to us.
