Leaving the seal of Christ in everything we do

Whether, then, you eat or drink or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God. 1 Corinthians 10:31

It is customary for us to do things just because, not caring for details, with no effort for a good result. We choose whatever comes our way, with little sacrifice. All this produces a result that is less than satisfactory, since we are doing things that do not to honor God. Thus, we never see the ending to things because they do not stand.

If God acted the way we do, today we would be nothing, for He would not worry about a change taking place, a transformation, so that our old nature will not dominate us and we can die to it. He is the divine Potter who takes our body, our soul and our spirit; with love He goes on shaping us, in order to be the best jar, so He can pour the best wine. He takes care of every detail, so that it turns out to be perfect.

It is necessary to change the attitude, for we will be mediocre otherwise. Such people do not set new records. We are called to leave the seal of Christ in everything we do, no matter time, effort, money, but only that his name be glorified.
