It is a promise for the one who knows how to wait

It is a promise for the one who knows how to wait

Therefore be patient, brethren, until the coming of the Lord. See how the farmer waits for the precious fruit of the earth, waiting patiently for it until it receives the early and latter rain. James 5:7
Why do we get impatient, if the Word teaches us that there is a time for everything under the sun, that as much as we put an effort it is impossible to add one cubit to our stature? Impatience dominates us to the point that we start acting on our own wishes and do not wait for God’s timing.
That is why failure comes, filling our lives with fruitless works that cause great depression in us, which could be prevented if we had patience and let Him move according to his will.
How many things can be prevented? Innumerable. How many marriages, businesses, projects, courtships have failed? Millions, for they did not wait for God to do it. Did they do it? Yes, but they failed because they were outside God’s purpose and timing.
If we know that there is no guarantee when doing things in our time, let us stop, for we will have no success. The man who knows God does not take a single step without knowing if it is God’s timing. Do not rush what cannot be. If we know how to wait, we will receive the best fruits of the earth from early to latter rain. It is a promise for the one who knows how to wait.
