Change is part of our lives

When I was a child, I spoke as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child; but when I became a man, I put away childish things. 1 Corinthians 13:11
Change is part of our lives and we must seek it, since settling for what we are turns out to be mediocre. Our attitude must be: facing our weaknesses and trying to overcome them. We must know that we can be better than what we are, so we have to work on each one of those weaknesses until we can see the work completed.
When we hide from our own reality, we deceive ourselves and evade our responsibilities before God. He encourages us to change our way of thinking; that is, have a renewal of our mind, which is bound to the old self.
Our mindset is an obstacle for us to be able to get hold of our inheritance, for it makes it impossible to understand and do what God wants. Only the one who has surrendered his mind to Christ, to be perfected, will get hold of it.
Acknowledge your condition and accept it, by seeking help from the Lord. Surrender those areas to be changed and perfected in Him.
