But Moses said to God, “Who am I that I should go to Pharaoh, and that I should bring the children of Israel out of Egypt?” Exodus 3:11
Not knowing what we are, it brings much uncertainty and leads to losing many of the blessings that have been released for us; for we think that we are not able when the time comes.
What a great frustration! We lose something that was ours it because of a wrong thought about ourselves. This makes us stay static, fleeing from the new and innovative, that which we do not know. That is why Moses did not believe he was able to go to Pharaoh, for he was full of limitations that were stronger than God’s mandate. Just like Moses, there are many saying “I can’t”.
But “Yes, they can”, for He has not given us a spirit of cowardice. Therefore, let us not reject the job offer, change of employment, promotion, moving to another city, undertake unknown and new things; for only those who know who they are, they will conquer and possess the blessings from our Lord.
